Our Story
The Cliff sits on Soldier Road in the heart of Fairfield, and we built it for the people who want more than a stop on the way somewhere. We want you to slow down, pull up a chair, and stay a while.
By day, our kitchen and barista station are open — pour-overs, fresh pastries, sandwiches, and everything we'd want to eat ourselves. By night, the cocktails come out and the space turns into something a little different: quieter, warmer, slower.
We source what we can locally, keep things simple on the menu, and treat every guest like a neighbor. That's the whole idea.
The Coffee
We pull every shot fresh, grind to order, and take our time with pour-overs. If you're in a rush, we get it — but if you're not, we'd love for you to stay.
Oat, almond, and soy milk available. Ask about our house-made syrups.
The Bar
Our bar is open in the evening — full spirit list, seasonal cocktails, and a few things we like to call "Cliff classics." No pretense, just good drinks made with intention.
